“Carnival is a Bière Brut or Bière-de-Champagne; an orange-infused Belgian Blonde Ale finished with champagne yeast. It’s the product of this year’s International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day (IWCBD) – a combined effort from 13 women at Brass Castle who created, brewed and designed the artwork for this celebratory beer. Breweries around the world joined IWCBD 2022 under the banner theme ‘celebration’. We thought that merited a champagne touch!“
