1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Website and your purchases of products on the Website (the Products). 

1.2 No terms and conditions of the purchaser are applicable.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

2.1 We warrant that the Products we supply conform to the description on the Website and the labelling of the Products, are of good quality, comply with all legal requirements, and are fit for consumption.

2.2 We recommend that the Products are stored in dry conditions, at room temperature, out of direct sunlight.

3. MINIMUM AGE TO ORDER OR RECEIVE ALCOHOL

3.1 We only sell and supply Products to persons who are eighteen (18) years old or above.

3.2 We have incorporated various age checks in the purchase and supply process to ensure that we comply with the legal obligations.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

4.1 All prices and charges on the Website are in pound sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT.

4.2 All payments are processed through an external payment services provider and are therefore also subject to their terms and conditions.

4.3 All payments will be subject to an authorisation check by the card issuer. If the payment is not authorised, your order will not be processed, and we will cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.4 The prices of the Products may be amended from time to time without notice, but such amendments will only apply to orders placed after the point of amendment.

4.5 If we accept and process your order when a clear and undeniable error has been made in the pricing, we are entitled to cancel your order and refund any monies paid.

5. ORDER INFORMATION

5.1 Orders can be placed via the Shop on the Website. Please contact us via the Contact Us form or at taylorsgfbeers@outlook.com if you believe you have exceptional needs that are not addressed within our standard order process.

5.2 To submit an order, our Terms and Conditions must be accepted. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any questions.

5.3 After you have completed and paid for the order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If you do not receive this email by the next working day after placing your order, please contact us.

5.4 We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the purchaser or receiver of the Products is below the age of eighteen (18) years old. If shipping charges have already been incurred, this will be deducted from the refunded monies, unless suitable proof of age is supplied and the order was therefore unnecessarily cancelled.

5.5 We reserve the right to cancel your order if the Products are unavailable or if full payment has not been received.

5.6 If we cannot fulfil your order because the Products are unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to offer alternative solutions, which may include but are not limited to supply of alternative Products, a delay in supply of the ordered Products, or a full refund.

5.7 All refunds will be processed as soon as possible and received within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation.

6. CANCELLATIONS

6.1 Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping. Requests for cancellation should be notified to taylorsgfbeers@outlook.com as soon as possible. If shipping fees have already been incurred, any refund due will exclude these charges.

6.2 We will refund the monies owed due to cancellation as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the point of agreement of cancellation.

7. DELIVERY INFORMATION

7.1 All orders will be supplied via a delivery service. No collections are permitted.

7.2 Our chosen courier service provider may from time to time exclude or apply a surcharge to deliver to certain postal codes or geographies. This will be communicated clearly during the order process.

7.3 Delivery charges will be made clear during the order process, and can also be viewed via the Delivery link on the Website.

7.4 Orders will be processed within two (2) business days from point of receipt, and courier services procured will attempt first delivery within no more than five (5) days from the point of order processing.

7.5 From time to time there will be a delay in processing and shipping of orders. Such delays will be communicated clearly on the website.

7.6 A courier tracking number will be sent to you where available. Please note that courier tracking facilities will often require use of a website or application, which might require acceptance of the courier’s terms and conditions. 

7.7 Due to the nature of the Product, all deliveries must be signed for according to Challenge 25 requirements. The delivery driver may ask for the person’s proof of identity. The delivery driver may refuse to deliver the Products if no valid proof of identity is shown.

7.8 If the delivery is failed, the courier will communicate options for subsequent deliveries, and/or the possibility to collect from their depot. Challenge 25 requirements will still apply.

8. RETURNS

8.1 Due to the nature of the Product, returns cannot be accepted unless the Product is faulty or mis-represented. 

8.2 We will refund the monies owed due to a return as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from the point of receipt of proof of return.

9. LIABILITY

9.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our maximum liability in connection with your purchase of Products is equal to the total price paid for those Products.

10. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

10.1 You guarantee that you will comply with the applicable laws, rules, licence requirements, approvals, and suitable guidance, to store, distribute, transport, market and sell the Products.

10.2 If you become aware of any quality or safety issue with the Product, you shall immediately notify us and we shall collaboratively work to recover and replace affected Products.

11. COMPLAINTS

11.1 If the Products do not meet the quality requirements expected of the Product concerned, please inform us within five (5) days of point of delivery.

11.2 Please refer any complaints to taylorsgfbeers@outlook.com. We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within three (3) business days.

12. WEBSITE DISCLAIMER

12.1 We cannot guarantee that this Website will operate faultlessly.

12.2 Whilst precautions are taken to ensure the Website and any communications sent are free from malware, no guarantee can be given.

In the event that the content of the Website or communication and packaging of the Product differ, the packaging should be deemed as accurate. Should this difference be material, the Product can be returned in accordance with clause 8.1.
